Water Leak Tester 1
How are we doing?
A permanent solution to the porosity problem
Technology
With a sophisticated equipment that Works under the DVP (Dry Vacuum Pressure) process, offering high reliability by exceeding the US Military Standard MIL-STD-276A.
Our Process - DVP
DRY VACUUM/PRESSURE (DVP) is the most reliable vacuum impregnation method, however in an old tech machine, the cycle requires two tanks, one which holds the sealant, and one in which the parts are processed.
Impregnadora del Bajío has a new tech equipment that works with only one special Impregnation tank. When vacuum occurs, the air in the sealant can be vacuumed out, so impregnation success rate is higher than in a traditional equipment.
The advantage of the DVP is that there is no liquid present to interfere with degassing the pores. In a typical impregnation tank with a liquid level of 30 inches, the presence of the liquid column of sealant can reduce effective vacuum at the bottom of the tank by almost 8 percent. Use of dry vacuum eliminates that small variable. The pressure step is helpful in forcing the sealant in to the pores. This is most important where the porosity is extremely small.
